- 6potatoes
- Cooking oil
- Salt (to taste)
- Tumeric powder (optional)
How to make Crispy Deep-fried Potatoes
Preparation
In a large bowl peel your potatoes and make sure to wash them with clean water
Rinse them twice.
In a separate bowl slice the potatoes into quarters.
Under low medium heat Boil your potatoes for not longer than 3 mins and you can season with any spice of your choice..
Once Boiled , place in a separate bowl to cool for 2 mins and later sprinkle in your cornflour or cornstarch...
Once ready,deep fry them for 15 mins under medium high heat..
Serve when fresh and warm!!
