A simple and healthy stir fry featuring yellow beans and a variety of vegetables.

  • 1cup
    yellow beans
  • 1piece
    big onion
  • 1piece
    big tomato
  • 1piece
    green pepper
  • 1piece
    courgette
  • 1/2clove
    garlic
  • 1piece
    colander
  • 4tsp
    cooking oil
  • 1cup
    C coconut milk
  • piece
    I carrot

For garnishing

  • piece
    One of ovacado

1 cup of greens

  • For a side to mix with beans

How to make Yellow Bean and Vegetable Stir Fry

For dinner or lunch

  1. Chop the onion, tomato, green pepper, and courgette into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Mince the garlic.

  3. Rinse the yellow beans and drain using a colander.

  4. In a pan, heat some oil over medium heat.

  5. Add the onion and garlic to the pan and sauté until the onion is translucent.

  6. Add the tomato, green pepper, and courgette to the pan and cook for a few minutes.

  7. Add the yellow beans and stir fry until all vegetables are cooked through.

  8. Then add coconut milk

Tips & Tricks

  1. For added flavor, consider adding a pinch of salt and pepper.

  2. You can add some chili flakes for a spicy kick.
