Ingredients

(1 serving = 250grams)
- 2medium sized Peter's Fish / Tilapia (seasoned with salt and ground pepper)ππ
- 1pc medium red onion π° (minced)
- 3pcs medium sized tomatoesπ π π (diced)
- Sliced okra (or vegetables of your choice) π₯¬π«π
- Moringa leaves (optional)πΏ
- Ground Pepper
- Seasoning granules
- Sea salt π§
How to make Peter's Fish (Tilapia) with Okra and Moringa leaves
Mix minced onion, tomatoes, sea salt and ground pepper in a bowl. Then use as filling for the fish.
Saute the remaining onions and tomatoes until tomatoes are cooked. Add a dash of seasoning granules and ground pepper
Add in the Fish π,
Add water (almost covering the fish) .
Cover pan and set fire on low to medium heat.
Add okra / vegetables of your choice when water starts to boil.
(optional) Add the moringa leaves when okra is cooked and soft or few minutes before turning off the fire.
Tips & Tricks
Best served with hot steamed rice and toyomansi sauce (soy sauce with Kalamansi Juice)
