    flour

    sugar

    yeast

How to make Perfect Doughnut

  1. In a bowl, add water, powdered milk, sugar, egg, and yeast.

  2. In another bowl, add flour, butter, and salt. Mix together and create a hole in the middle.

  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the hole and knead for 30 minutes.

  4. Allow the dough to rest for 20 minutes.
