How to make Vegetarian sausage rolls

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 degree C. Cover an oven tray with baking paper.

  4. Cut the sheet of pastry in half. Lay a roll of filling on the middle of each sheet across the widest part. Roll up like a sausage roll

  5. Use a sharp knife and cut each roll into 6-8 even pieces. Place these on an oven tray and glaze each one with lightly beaten egg or milk.

  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
