    Spinach
  • 2tbsp
    grated chesse

    egg
  • 1/2cup
    Thickened cream
  • salt & pepper to taste

How to make Mini Spinach Quiches

  1. Preheat the oven to 180degC and grease the patty tin.

  2. Chop onion finely and squeeze the liquid out of the spinach.

  4. Mix egg, cream, onion, spinach and cheese and season with salt and pepper.

  5. Cut the pastry into rounds with a pastry cutter and push them into the patty tins.

  7. Bake into hot oven for 15 minutes or until the egg is set.

  8. Enjoy or cool it for later use.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Make sure to preheat oven other wise pastry remain uncooked and soggy.
