    Roasted almonds/choice of nuts
  • 1/4cup
    Desiccated coconut optional
  • 1tsp
  • 3cup


  1. Roast Almonds in Air fryer for 4mins.

  2. Takes pitted dates, add ghee and microwave for 1-2mins depending on microwave wattage.

  3. Crush the almonds slightly in the food processor

  4. Take out the almonds and add soft dates and crush the dates

  5. Add crushed nuts and have 1-2 pulses as nuts get mixed

  6. Spread into the slice pan smooth with spatula

  7. Garnish sliced almonds. Cut onto slices after an hour.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Spread the crushed date & nuts mixture quickly into pan as it is still warm and easy to handle.

  2. Cut into bar shape can be used for breakfast as paleo bars.

  3. Add dry figs along with dates to make Date Fig slice.
