A quick and easy chicken stir-fry with vegetables and a savory sauce.

- 2piecechicken breasts, sliced thin
- 2tbspsoy sauce
- 1tbspoyster sauce
- 1tbspsesame oil
- 1cupbroccoli florets
- 1piecebell pepper, sliced
- 1piececarrot, julienned
- 2clovegarlic, minced
- 1tspginger, minced
How to make Chicken Stir-Fry
In a pan, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
Add the chicken and cook until browned.
Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce, cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve with rice or noodles.
Tips & Tricks
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in soy sauce and a bit of cornstarch for 15 minutes before cooking.
You can add other vegetables like snap peas or mushrooms to the stir-fry.
