3/4 cup of Whole Milk

  • 4
    large eggs
  • 2tbsp
    of melted butter
  • 2/3cup
    of AP flour
  • 1/2tsp
    of salt
  • 1 1/4tsp
    of vanilla extract
  • 3tbsp
    of melted butter
  • Fruit or filling of your choice
  • Zest of a small lemon

How to make Fruity Dutch Baby

Preheat oven to 425 degrees adding a 10 inch cast iron frying pan during the preheat

  1. In a blender add eggs, milk, melted butter, flour, salt, vanilla and lemon zest

  2. Blend on high until silky smooth about 40 seconds

  3. After temperature is reached take frying pan out of the oven and add 3 tablespoons of butter and brush on the sides and bottom. The butter will instantly melt when it hits the pan.

  4. Pour in the batter and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until it’s golden and batter has puffed.

  5. Remove from pan and garnish with add fruit, Nutella, whipped cream or any garnish of ur choice
