A fiery chili sauce perfect for adding a spicy kick to your dishes.

Ingredients

    Caribbean chillies
  • 5clove
    garlic
  • 3piece
    small red onions
  • 3/4cup
    vegetable oil
  • 1/4cup
    vinegar
  • 2tsp
    chili flakes
  • 2tsp
    sugar
  • 1tsp
    salt

How to make Spicy Caribbean Chili Sauce

  1. Remove stems from the Caribbean chillies and peel the garlic cloves and onions.

  2. Place the chillies, garlic, and onions in a food processor. Pour in the vegetable oil, vinegar, chili flakes, sugar, and salt.
