- 5clovegarlic
- 3piecesmall red onions
- 3/4cupvegetable oil
- 1/4cupvinegar
- 2tspchili flakes
- 2tspsugar
- 1tspsalt
How to make Spicy Caribbean Chili Sauce
Remove stems from the Caribbean chillies and peel the garlic cloves and onions.
Place the chillies, garlic, and onions in a food processor. Pour in the vegetable oil, vinegar, chili flakes, sugar, and salt.
Blitz the mixture in the food processor until it reaches a smooth consistency. Adjust seasoning to taste if needed.
Pour the sauce into a clean, airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Tips & Tricks
For a milder sauce, remove the seeds from the chillies before blending.
