Rub the marinade generously all over the chicken, ensuring it's evenly coated.
Let the chicken sit in the fridge for 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
Airfry the Chicken
Preheat your Airfryer to 180°C.
Place the chicken in the Airfryer basket breast-side up and cook for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, flip the chicken over to cook the other side for 15 minutes.
Check the chicken for crispiness and allow an additional 7-15 minutes for an even crispier finish.
Rest and Serve
Once done, remove the chicken from the Airfryer and let it rest for a few minutes before carving.
Serve hot and enjoy the crispy, juicy chicken!
Tips & Tricks
For the crispiest skin, cook the chicken breast-side up for the first 30 minutes, then flip it over to finish cooking. This will ensure the skin crisps evenly on both sides!
