Simple Airfryer Egg Casserole

- 1handful baby spinach
- 3piecebaby tomatoes

- 1pinchsalt

- 1dashred pepper chili paste
- 1tbspvegetable oil
How to make Simple Airfryer Egg Casserole
Instructions
Lightly brush a mini oven-proof casserole with vegetable oil.
Layer a tortilla at the bottom of the casserole. Add slices of ham, baby spinach, and tomato slices.
Crack an egg over the ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
Place the casserole in the Airfryer basket and cook at 170°C for 10-12 minutes.
For best results, check the dish after 7 minutes, then return it for another 3 minutes for a perfectly cooked egg.
Drizzle with red pepper chili paste or crunchy chili for extra flavor.
Tips & Tricks
For a spicier kick, add more red pepper chili paste.
Ensure the tortilla covers the bottom of the casserole to prevent sticking.
