A flavorful and versatile roasted red pepper sauce perfect for meats, pasta, or as a dip.

    large red capsicums/peppers
  • 1
    head garlic
  • 1
    lemon
  • 2tbsp
    paprika
  • 1sprigs
    thyme
  • 1/2cup
    vegetable oil
  • red chilies
  • salt to taste

How to make Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

  1. Roast the red capsicums and garlic in the oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes until the capsicums are charred and the garlic is soft.

  2. Let the capsicums cool, peel off the charred skin, and remove the seeds. Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves from their skins.
