A quick and delicious supper of garlic butter chilli prawns that you can even eat with leftover rice.

Ingredients

Prawns

  • 100g
    shrimp
  • 2tbsp
    butter
  • 2clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1piece
    ginger, minced
  • 1tsp
    brown sugar
  • 1dash
    white wine
  • 2piece
    chillies, chopped
  • 2sprig
    spring onion, chopped
  • 1dash
    salt
  • 1dash
    pepper

How to make Quick Garlic Butter Chilli Prawns

  1. Heat a wok until hot and add butter.

  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, and stir for 30 seconds.

  3. Add shrimp and cook for 1 minute or till the shrimp is cooked through.

  4. Season with salt, pepper, and brown sugar.

  5. Add a dash of white wine and chopped chillies.

  1. Ensure the wok is hot before adding the butter for a quick sear on the prawns.
