Here’s a great and healthy potato snack you can make at home. Instead of buying processed and preserved potato strings, you can make them fresh at home.
Ingredients

(1 serving = 1 potato)
- 2Potatoes
- Cheese Powder
- Cooking Oil
- Water
How to make Potato Strings
Slice potatoes into thin slices, then slice them into small strings.
Soak them in a bowl of water for 15-20 minutes. Strain to remove excess water. Pat try with paper towel as well.
Deep fry until golden brown and crispy.
You can sprinkle cheese powder and Enjoy!
Tips & Tricks
For better results, make sure completely pat dry the potato strings. Set fire to medium heat to avoid burning.
