- 250gsugar
- 1pinchkesar
- 50gdry grapes and cashew
- 150gvermicelli
- 1/2tbspcardamom powder
- 5piecechopped almonds
How to make Vermicelli Kheer
Boil the milk and 1 glass of water in a large pot.
Add the fried vermicelli to the boiling milk and cook until it becomes soft.
Add sugar and stir until it dissolves completely.
Add the kesar, fried dry grapes, and cashew. Mix well.
Add the cardamom powder and stir to combine.
Garnish with chopped almonds before serving.
Tips & Tricks
Soak the kesar in a little warm milk before adding it to the kheer for better color and flavor.
You can adjust the amount of sugar according to your taste.
