- 1tbspmustard
- 1tbspChanna dal
- 1tbspurad dal
- 2tbspground nuts
- 3pieceonion
- 8piecegreen chilies
- 1bundlecurry leaves
- 1kgflattened rice
- 3tbspgrated coconut
- 1bundlecoriander leaves
- 1dashsalt
- 1/2tbspturmeric powder
- 1/2tbspsugar
- 1piecelemon

How to make Flattened Rice Poha
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
Add Channa dal, urad dal, and ground nuts. Fry until they turn golden brown.
Add chopped onions, green chilies, and curry leaves. Sauté until the onions become translucent.add turmeric powder
Add the soaked flattened rice, grated coconut, salt, and sugar. Mix well.
Cook for a few minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
Turn off the heat and add lemon juice. Mix well.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the flattened rice is not soaked for too long to avoid it becoming mushy.
Adjust the number of green chilies according to your spice preference.
