How to make Flattened Rice Poha

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Let them splutter.

  2. Add Channa dal, urad dal, and ground nuts. Fry until they turn golden brown.

  3. Add chopped onions, green chilies, and curry leaves. Sauté until the onions become translucent.add turmeric powder

  6. Turn off the heat and add lemon juice. Mix well.

  1. Ensure the flattened rice is not soaked for too long to avoid it becoming mushy.
