  • 500g
    All Purpose Flour
  • 300g
  • 4piece
    Medium Sized Eggs
  • 1/2cup
    Melted Margarine
  • 1/2cup
    Vegetable Oil
  • 1tsp
    Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2tbsp
    Baking Powder
  • 1tsp
  • 1cup
    Evaporated Milk
  • 1cup

How to make Cost Effective Vanilla Cake

  1. Melt your margarine or butter and set aside to cool.

  2. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt into a bowl.

  3. In another bowl, pour in the melted margarine, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir together, then add the sugar and mix thoroughly.

  4. Crack in the eggs, pour in the evaporated milk and water, and mix thoroughly.

  5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients together.

  6. Stir the cake batter until it is very smooth and make sure there are no lumps.

  7. Distribute the cake batter into prepared pans and bake until firm.
