  • 200g
    black dates
  • 600g
    green apples
  • 100g
    raisins
  • 250mL
    black vinegar
  • 2tsp
    chilli powder
  • 50g
    garlic
  • 50g
    ginger
  • 1tsp
    mixed spice
  • 1tsp
    salt
  • 3tbsp
    gingelly oil

  1. Place all the ingredients into a pressure cooker.

  6. If it feels a little too runny, cook it down on a low flame until it thickens to your liking.

  7. Let it cool completely.
