How to make Tutu Mineiro

  1. Step 1

    Wash both types of beans thoroughly, then place them in a pressure cooker with 1.5 liters of water.

    Cook for 30 minutes, then remove from the heat and set aside.

    In a frying pan, heat the oil over low heat.
