How to make Tartiflette

  1. Step 1

    Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into medium slices. Season with salt and pepper.

    Steam the potatoes until tender. Set aside.

    Heat a drizzle of oil in a skillet and sauté the chopped onion until translucent. Add the bacon and cook for a couple of minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
