How to make Sautéed Swiss Chard with Potatoes and Onions

  1. Step 1

Wash and roughly chop the Swiss chard. Place it in a pot with very little water and a pinch of coarse salt. Cover the pot and cook over low heat until tender.

  2. Step 2

Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium-sized cubes.

  3. Step 3

Peel the onion and chop it into cubes similar in size to the potatoes. Heat a bit of oil in a skillet, add the onion and potatoes, and cook until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.

  4. Step 4

In the same skillet, sauté the cooked Swiss chard for a couple of minutes. Then add the potatoes and onion back into the skillet, along with the paprika and fine salt to taste. Cook everything over low heat for about 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
