How to make Avocado Flan

  1. Step 1

    Place the pineapple and grape juices in a saucepan, when it starts to boil remove from the heat and add the lemon jelly, mixing well until completely dissolved.

  2. Step 2

    Wash the avocado, peel, cut in half and extract all the pulp.

  3. Step 3

    Place the avocado pulp in the blender glass, also add the natural yogurt and sugar, processing until everything is creamy.

  4. Step 4

    Pour the avocado cream into a bowl and add the gelatin, beating again until you have a homogeneous preparation.

  5. Step 5

    Place the preparation in a mold covered with caramel and take to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

  6. Step 6

    Serve it with a dollop of whipped cream.
