Garden Fresh Vegetable Stew #SAGETI

How to make Garden Fresh Vegetable Stew #SAGETI
Vegetable Preparation
Pluck as many vegetables as you can because they shrink during preparation, reducing the quantity.
Remove unwanted stalks or sticks that may be hard to chew.
Place the vegetables on a clean surface and remove small particles and insects.
Wash the vegetables thoroughly with clean water, repeating 3-4 times to remove soil particles.
Boil 1 liter of water. If you have a pressure cooker, use it; otherwise, use any available pot.
Once the water boils, add the vegetables and boil for 30 minutes.
The soup after boiling is also nice to drink.
Cooking Stew
Prepare onions, tomatoes, and cooking oil for the stew.
Fry the onions, add tomatoes, and salt to taste.
Add the boiled vegetables (minus the soup) and cook for 15 minutes.
If you have milk or coconut milk, or any spices of your choice, add them and stir.
Cook for an additional 5 minutes and the stew will be ready to serve.
Alternative Method
Cut onions, tomatoes, and add salt.
Mix in the boiled vegetables with milk or coconut milk without adding cooking oil.
Cook until ready to serve.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure to wash the vegetables thoroughly to remove all soil particles.
The soup from boiling the vegetables can be enjoyed as a drink.
