  • Three clove garlic
  • A small green capsicums

  • Two Chicken stock cubes

    Quarter chilli(optional)

How to make Wet fry tripe

Prepation

  1. Clean the triple under running water until its cleaned

    Put it in a pan,add two litres water,and salt.

    Let it boil for one and a half hours

    Or until its soft

    Add ABIT of water incase it's dry,add oil and all other ingredients together.

    Cover the top and let it boil for at least 30 minutes or until the water reduces and thicken.
