Spiced Coconut Lavariya with Mango Cream

- 1/4cupjaggery (or brown sugar)

- 2tbspcondensed milk

- 1tspvanilla extract
How to make Spiced Coconut Lavariya with Mango Cream
Prepare Lavariya Filling
Mix grated coconut, jaggery, cardamom, and cinnamon. Cook on low heat until it thickens.
Make Dough
Boil water, add rice flour and butter, knead the dough.
Assemble
Roll dough into thin discs, fill with coconut mixture, and fold into crescent shapes.
