How to make Crispy Sweet Chicken Chilli

Marinate and Fry the Chicken

  1. Step 1

    In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces with cornflour, all-purpose flour, egg, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and pepper.

    Add tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, and honey or brown sugar.

  5. Step 5

    Mix well and cook for another minute. Adjust salt to taste.

Combine

    Add the fried chicken to the sauce and toss well to coat evenly.

    Cook for 2–3 minutes on high heat until everything is well combined.
