- Soya Oil
- 1sachet Oyster Sauce
- 1tspGarlic Powder
- 1/2tspPepper
- 1/2tspMSG (Vetsin)
- 1/4kgGround Pork
- Soy Sauce

How to make Stir-Fried Mixed Vegetables with Ground Pork (Chopsuey)
Preparation
Chop the cabbage, Baguio beans, carrots, bell pepper, cauliflower, broccoli, and young corn into bite-sized pieces.
Finely chop the onion.
Cooking
Heat soya oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
Add the garlic paste and chopped onion. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
Add the ground pork and cook until it is browned and fully cooked.
Add all the chopped vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes.
Add the oyster sauce, garlic powder, pepper, MSG, soy sauce, and a little water. Stir well to combine.
Continue to cook until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
