Ingredients
Cookie Dough
- 3cupsflour
- 2pieceeggs
- 125gbutter
- 1pinchvanilla
- 1dashlemon essence
- 4tbspregular sugar
Buttercream
- 125gbutter
- 1/2cuppowdered sugar
- 1dashstrawberry essence
Decoration
- 1cupmelted strawberry chocolate
- 24pieceiced flowers
- 1pinchedible gold leaf
How to make Chocolate Sablé
Cookie Dough
Mix all ingredients together with the flour until the dough becomes soft.
Roll out the dough and cut it into various shapes using cookie cutters.
Bake the cookies at 160°C (320°F).
Buttercream
Mix butter, powdered sugar, and strawberry essence until smooth.
Assembling and Decoration
Once the cookies are baked and cooled, take one piece and put buttercream in the middle, then close with another piece.
Repeat this process with the remaining cookies.
Dip each cookie sandwich in melted strawberry chocolate.
Place a small iced flower and a bit of edible gold leaf on top of each cookie.
Let them dry before serving.
