How to make Dodo (fried plantain)
You start of by washing and peeling off the skin of the plantain
Then you slice the plantain horizontally but in a slanty way (please refer to my video to see how) and add a pinch of salt
Preheat the frying oil in a frying pan or wok pan ( preheating the oil prevents the plantain from getting soggy)
Using a frying spoon, place the plantain in the oil and let it fry for about a minute or until it turns golden brown. Scoop it out of the oil and voila!
Tips & Tricks
Leaving plantain unattended to or too long to fry can result in it getting burnt. ðŸ˜
