A versatile treat can be eaten alone with dips and added as a side to meals.
Ingredients

(1 serving = 75 grams)
1 Cup Cornmeal, 1/4 Cup White Flour, 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar, 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder, 1/4 Tsp Pepper Seeds, Pinch of Salt, Pinch of Nutmeg, Mix with 1/4 Cup Water, mix with spoon until dough comes together.
- 1tbspof dough to shape in your hand, 2 Tbs of Butter in a hot skillet, do not burn butter, fried on each side until golden.

Tips & Tricks
Watch the heat and butter if too hot turn heat down little. Turn Bakes on each sides, see if golden.
Dough should be soft to touch and firm to form a nice shape easily.
