A flavorful and aromatic stir-fried pork dish with garlic and seasonings.

Ingredients

6 Servings
(1 serving = 1 bowl)
  • 6piece
    Rice
  • 1kg
    Pork
  • 2tsp
    Chicken seasoning
  • 1tbsp
    Oil
  • 3tbsp
    Oyster sauce
  • 2tsp
    Sugar
  • 1tsp
    Pepper powder
  • 1tbsp
    Minced garlic
  • 1tbsp
    Coriander root
  • 2tbsp
    Fried garlic
  • 1tbsp
    Seasoning sauce

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

  2. Add minced garlic and coriander root, and stir-fry until fragrant.

  3. Add pork and stir-fry until it is cooked through.

  4. Add oyster sauce, sugar, pepper powder, chicken seasoning, and seasoning sauce. Stir well to combine.

  5. Continue to stir-fry until the sauce thickens and coats the pork evenly.

  6. Serve the stir-fried pork over bowls of rice.

  7. Garnish with fried garlic before serving.

Tips & Tricks

  1. For extra flavor, marinate the pork with a bit of soy sauce and sugar before cooking.

  2. Adjust the amount of pepper powder to your taste preference.
