Dark Chocolate Slab (bake & eat)
  • 2tbsp
    Meadowland Cream
  • 2tbsp
    Cocoa powder

How to make Chocolate Truffles

Preparation

  1. Break the chocolate slab into cubes and place them into a cup.

  2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave for about 30 seconds.

  3. Place the cream in a separate cup and heat it in the microwave.

  4. Combine the melted chocolate with the warm cream.

  5. Temper the chocolate and cream using a tablespoon, scooping and pulling the chocolate upwards, dripping back into the cup and combining into a shiny melted chocolate sauce. Do this for about 3 minutes.

  9. Roll the truffles in the cocoa, making sure they are all fully coated.

  10. Serve as a light dessert or with coffee.
