Cooking Instructions
- Step 1
Heat a wok and add the sesame oil.
- Step 2
Add the beef strips and sauté until golden brown.
- Step 3
Add half of the spring onions & 5 spice and sauté for another minute.
- Step 4
Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, apple cider vinegar, and honey.
- Step 5
Add the cooked rice noodles & mix until everything is coated with the sauce. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Step 6
Serve with the rest of the spring onions as garnish.
