How to make Summer Cauliflower on a Mushroom Sauce Sauce
Brown the mushrooms in some butter.
Add cream, salt, and pepper to the mushrooms.
Cook until the cream thickens and the sauce is ready.
Steam cauliflower florets until al dente, meaning soft but firm.
Pour the mushroom sauce into a serving dish followed by the cauliflower florets.
