(1 serving = 1/4 cup)
- 1cupchutney of your choice
- 1/2piecepineapple, chopped in blocks
- 1/2pieceonion, finely chopped
- 1clovefresh garlic, finely chopped
- 15gginger, finely chopped
- 1handful coriander, chopped
- 4sprigsthyme, chopped
- 25gspring onion
- 10mLoil of your choice
- 1/2piecelemon, juice only
How to make Pineapple Chutney Glaze
Mix all the ingredients together.
After your meat is cooked, smear the chutney glaze on it.
Allow it to caramelize in the pan to get a shiny gloss.
Tips & Tricks
Add a dash of honey if you prefer a sweeter glaze.
