    irish potatoes

How to make Curried chicken

  1. Cut chicken up in medium size.

  2. Wash with a bit of white vinegar, cut up green onions,onions,garlic,add some pepper flakes,put in a blender and blend on medium, take out and marinate chicken with blended seasoning, add your spices and tumric with curry powder and salt and then peel and cut potatoes into cubes,put on your pot and add vegetable oil and put it on medium heat and let it hot for 1 min and then add marinated chicken and potatoes and stir and cover for 2 minutes and open and keep stir-fry until it began to get brown and then you add enough water to cover the top of the chicken and potatoes and stir again and cover and let it simmer on medium heat for about 15 minutes and only remove from heat when potatoes is properly cooked.
