    tomato paste
  • 1can
    diced tomatoes with chiles

    shrimp, peeled and cleaned

    chicken stock

    beef lil smokies (optional)

How to make Shrimp Creole

  1. In an 8qt pot, sauté beef lil smokies in a little oil until browned.

  2. Add chopped onion, bell peppers, celery, and butter. Sauté for 5 to 10 minutes.

  3. Add garlic and sweat until fragrant.

  4. Stir in tomato paste, diced tomatoes, and 1 package of @LaFishfry Shrimp Creole.

  5. Add two cups of chicken stock and bring to a boil.

  6. Once boiling, reduce heat to simmer for 15-20 minutes.

  7. Add shrimp and cook for about 8 minutes.

  8. Adjust seasonings and add fresh chopped parsley.

  9. Serve over a bed of rice and garnish with green onions.
