Ingredients

    beef pot roast chopped
  • 1
    box beef broth
  • 1/2
    clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2
    white onion, finely chopped
  • 1
    bell pepper, finely chopped

    green onions
  • 1
    box thin spaghetti noodles
  • 1/2
    dozen eggs
  • 2tsp
    Tony’s Creole seasoning
  • 1/4cup
    Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4cup
    soy sauce
  • 2tsp
    Louisiana hot sauce
  • 1tsp
    butter
  • 1
    beef bouillon

How to make New Orleans Yakamein

Preparation

  1. Boil the spaghetti noodles and set aside.

  2. Boil the eggs, peel them, and set aside.

  3. Chop the green onions for garnish and set aside.

Cooking

  1. In a pot, brown the seasoning blend of onion, bell pepper, and garlic with a teaspoon of butter.

  2. Add the chopped beef pot roast to the pot.

  3. Season with about 2 teaspoons of Tony’s Creole seasoning and cook down for about 25 minutes.

  4. Add in the beef broth and beef bouillon, cover, and let cook for 1 hour.

  5. Check for taste and add about 2 teaspoons of hot sauce, 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce, and 1/4 cup of soy sauce.

  6. Cover and cook for another hour.

  7. Serve the beef mixture on top of the noodles with green onions and boiled eggs.
