How to make New Orleans Style BBQ Seafood

Preparation

  1. Clean and prepare the snow crab and shrimp.

  2. Chop the onion and mince the garlic.

  3. Slice the lemon.

Cooking

  1. In a large pot, heat some oil and sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.

  2. Add the Worcestershire sauce and beer to the pot and bring to a simmer.

  3. Add the lemon slices and fresh herbs, stirring to combine.

  4. Allow the sauce to develop and thicken slightly.
