Potato Cheese Pasta recipe

Ingredients

Pasta and Potatoes

  • 1/2
    packet spaghetti
  • 2piece
    potato
  • 1 1/2tbsp
    chicken powder
  • 1pinch
    salt
  • 2tbsp
    butter

Chicken Mixture

  • 125g
    chicken boneless
  • 1/4piece
    onion, sliced
  • 1tsp
    garlic
  • 1/2piece
    tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/4tsp
    red chili powder
  • 1pinch
    salt
  • 1tsp
    soya sauce
  • 1tsp
    vinegar
  • 1piece
    sausage
  • 3/4cup
    cheese
  • 1tbsp
    oil
  • water, as required

How to make Potato Cheese Pasta

Prepare Spaghetti

  1. Boil spaghetti as per instructions and strain.

  2. Combine with 0.5 tbsp of chicken powder, mix well, and keep aside.

Prepare Mashed Potatoes

  1. Boil potatoes until tender and mash them.

  2. Mix with 1 tbsp chicken powder and butter, then keep aside.

Cook Chicken Mixture

  1. Heat oil and sauté onion until translucent.

  2. Add garlic and fry for a minute.

  3. Add chicken and fry until the color changes.

  4. Add tomatoes and all spices, and fry for a minute.

  5. Add soya sauce and vinegar, and let it simmer on low heat until chicken is tender. Add a little water if required.

Assemble and Bake

  1. Put a layer of spaghetti and top it with mashed potatoes.

  2. Add chicken and sausage pieces and cover with cheese.

  3. Bake in a preheated oven until the cheese melts.

  4. Take out and sprinkle some chili flakes.
