A simple and flavorful prawns masala dish with aromatic spices and yogurt.

- 1tspzeera
- 1tspcoriander seeds
- 1pieceonion
- 1tbspgarlic ginger paste
- 500gprawns
- 1tspred chilli powder
- 1/4tspturmeric powder
- salt to taste
- 1/2cupyogurt
- 1/2tspgaram masala
- 1tbsplemon juice
- 2tbspcoriander leaves
How to make Easy Prawns Masala
Heat oil in a pan and add zeera and coriander seeds. Allow them to sputter.
Add the onion and fry until golden brown.
Stir in the garlic ginger paste and mix well.
Add the prawns and fry for a minute while adding red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
Pour in the yogurt and fry for another minute.
Cover the pan and cook on a slow flame until the prawns are tender.
Sprinkle garam masala and lemon juice over the prawns.
Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
