- 1tspzeera
- 1tspcoriander seeds
- 1tbspginger garlic paste
- 500gchicken
- 1piecelarge tomato, chopped
- 1tspred chilli powder
- 1/4tspturmeric powder
- 1/2tspblack pepper
- 300gyogurt
- 2piecegreen chilli
- 2tbspcoriander leaves
How to make Easy Chicken Karahi
Heat oil in a pan and add zeera and coriander seeds. Allow them to sputter.
Add ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute.
Add chicken and fry until the color changes.
Add chopped tomato and all the spices. Fry until the tomato softens.
Add yogurt, mix well, and cover the pan. Cook on low heat until the chicken is tender and the oil separates.
Add green chillies, give it a mix, and garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve with naan, green chutney, and onions for an authentic experience.
