Cooking the Chicken

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken fillets on medium heat for 3 minutes on each side.

  2. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

Preparing the Mushroom Sauce

  1. In the same pan, melt butter and add chopped garlic and sliced mushrooms. Fry for 1 to 2 minutes.

  2. Add chicken cube, Worcestershire sauce, cream, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the sauce reaches the desired consistency.

Serving

  1. Pour the mushroom sauce over the cooked chicken fillets.

  2. Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or French fries and vegetables.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Do check if the steak is fully cooked before taking out. As the cooking time may vary due to thickness of steak.

  2. For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

  3. Ensure the sauce is not too thick by adjusting the cream quantity to your preference.
