A delicious and cheesy chicken fajita slider perfect for a snack or appetizer.

Ingredients
For chicken fajita filling
- 4tbspoil
- 1/2tbspginger garlic paste
- 1pieceonion, sliced
- 1/2piecegreen bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2pieceyellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2piecered bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2kgchicken boneless, boiled and shredded
- 1/2tbspsalt
- 1/2tbspred chilli powder
- 1tspred chilli flakes
- 1/2tbspcumin powder
- 1tbsppaprika
- 1tspdried parsley
- 1tspdried oregano
- 2tbsptomato paste
- 1/2cupwater
- 4tbspmayonnaise
For garlic butter
- 1/3cupmelted butter
- 1tspgarlic powder
- 1tspdried or fresh chopped parsley
- 1tsppaprika powder
To assemble
- 8piecebuns
- 8piececheese slices
- Chicken fajita filling
- 1cupshredded cheese
- hot sauce
- garlic butter
How to make Cheesy Chicken Fajita Slider
Prepare chicken fajita filling
Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste, onion, and all bell peppers. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add chicken, dry spices, and tomato paste. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring continuously.
Add water and mayonnaise. Mix well until all ingredients are combined. Set aside.
Prepare garlic butter
Mix melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, and paprika powder together.
Assemble sliders
In a baking dish, place the bottoms of the buns.
Put cheese slices on the buns, top with chicken fajita filling, pour some hot sauce, and add shredded cheese.
Cover with the top of the buns.
Brush garlic butter on top of the buns.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 7-10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Tips & Tricks
You can adjust the amount of hot sauce according to your spice preference.
For a crispier top, broil the sliders for an additional 1-2 minutes after baking.
