Mawa Kulfi Mastani is a refreshing and delicious dessert that is made with kulfi and khoya, a popular frozen dessert from India. its a rich and creamy dessert made with condensed milk, sugar, and flavors such as cardamom, saffron, or rose.

Ingredients

4 Servings
  • 500mL
    Milk
  • 90mL
    Sugar
  • 2tbsp
    Cornflour
  • 2tbsp
    Water
  • 1/2tsp
    Kulfi Essence
  • 4tbsp
    Mawa/Khoya
  • 3tbsp
    Dry Fruits(almonds, cashews, pistachios)
  • Yellow color
  • Kesar Pista/Vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4cup
    Chilled Milk
  • 1/4tsp
    cardamom powder

How to make MAWA KULFI MASTANI

  1. Take a pan add cornflour and water. Give it a nice mix. Add milk, khoya and sugar. Mix it nicely.

  2. Now boil it till milk gets thick, add kulfi essence, cardamom powder and yellow color. Cool it room temperature. Keep it in chiller.

  3. Add 1/4 cup of chilled milk and mix again.

  4. For Mastani take a tall glass, add the kulfi base, sprinkle some nuts on it. Add scoop of ice cream. On the top sprinkle some chopped nuts .

  5. Serve chilled and immediately. Enjoy!!!!
