    Chicken with Bones
  • 3/4cup
    Curd
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1/2tsp
    Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2tsp
    Coriander Powder
  • 1/2tsp
    Garam Masala
  • 1tsp
    Chicken Masala
  • 2tbsp
    Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2
    Green Chilies
  • Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 2
    Medium Onions

How to make DAHI CHICKEN

  1. Wash the chicken thoroughly.

  2. For Marination- In a bowl add chicken, curd, salt, red chilies powder, Garam masala, coriander powder, coriander leaves, chicken masala, ginger garlic paste and green chilies. Add 1/2 tsp of oil and mix nicely. Cover it and let it sit for about an hour.

  3. Now in a pan put 1/2 tsp of oil, heat it. To it add the marinated chicken. Add the onion rings. Mix well. Cover the pan with the lid.

  4. After sometime the chicken will turn soft and tender and start to leave the sides. Cook for 5-10 minutes more. It’s ready to serve.

  5. Sprinkle some chopped coriander and garam masala on top.
