CHILLI CHICKEN

Ingredients
MARINATION
- 500gChicken Boneless
- 2tbspMaida/ All Purpose Flour
- 2tbspCorn Flour
- Salt as needed
- 1/2tspPepper
- 1tbspSoy Sauce
- 1Egg
- 2tbspOil
- 2tbspGinger Garlic & Green Chilies Paste
- 2tbspSpring Onions Chopped
- 1cuponions chopped(cube size)
- 1/2cupCapsicum Chopped(cube size)
- 2tbspSoy Sauce
- 2tbspRed/ Green Chilies Sauce
- 2tbspTomato Sauce
- 1cupHot Water
- 1tspVinegar
- 2tbspCorn Flour Mixed With 1/2 Cup Of Water
- Oil For Frying
- Salt to taste
- 1/2tsppepper
Method
MARINATION
Mix all the ingredients and let it sit for 1 hour.
Now fry the chicken and keep aside.
In a pan heat oil and add ginger garlic paste.
Now add cubed onions and capsicum to it. Mix.
Add Salt and Pepper. Cook for few minutes.
Add soy sauce, vinegar and chilli sauce. Give it a mix.
Add 1 cup of water and give it a boil.
Now add corn flour slurry and mix till it thickens.
Add the fried chicken and mix again.
Garnish with chopped spring onions and green chilies.
