MARINATION

  • 500g
    Chicken Boneless
  • 2tbsp
    Maida/ All Purpose Flour
  • 2tbsp
    Corn Flour
  • Salt as needed
  • 1/2tsp
    Pepper
  • 1tbsp
    Soy Sauce
  • 1
    Egg
  • 2tbsp
    Oil
  • 2tbsp
    Ginger Garlic & Green Chilies Paste
  • 2tbsp
    Spring Onions Chopped
  • 1cup
    onions chopped(cube size)
  • 1/2cup
    Capsicum Chopped(cube size)
  • 2tbsp
    Soy Sauce
  • 2tbsp
    Red/ Green Chilies Sauce
  • 2tbsp
    Tomato Sauce
  • 1cup
    Hot Water
  • 1tsp
    Vinegar
  • 2tbsp
    Corn Flour Mixed With 1/2 Cup Of Water
  • Oil For Frying
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2tsp
    pepper

Method

MARINATION

  1. Mix all the ingredients and let it sit for 1 hour.

  2. Now fry the chicken and keep aside.

  1. In a pan heat oil and add ginger garlic paste.

  2. Now add cubed onions and capsicum to it. Mix.

  3. Add Salt and Pepper. Cook for few minutes.

  4. Add soy sauce, vinegar and chilli sauce. Give it a mix.

  5. Add 1 cup of water and give it a boil.

  6. Now add corn flour slurry and mix till it thickens.

  7. Add the fried chicken and mix again.

  8. Garnish with chopped spring onions and green chilies.
