Chicken Fingers are a popular fast food item made from small, bite-sized pieces of chicken that are typically battered and shallow or deep-fried. They are often served with various dipping sauces, such as ketchup or mint chutney.

Ingredients

6 Servings
  • 500g
    Chicken Boneless
  • 4piece
Bread Slices for fresh bread crumbs
  • 2tbsp
    Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1tsp
    Salt
  • 1/2tsp
    Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2tsp
    Chilli Flakes
  • 1/2tsp
    Garam Masala
  • 1/2tsp
    Jeera Powder
  • 1/2tsp
    Chaat Masala
  • 1/2tsp
    Chicken Masala(optional)
  • Cheese Cubes
  • 1tbsp
    Oil
  • 2tbsp
Refined Flour and 4 tbsp Water To Make a Slurry Paste
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • 2
    Green Chilies

Method

  1. Wash chicken properly and pat dry with a towel.

  2. In a Mixie Jar add chicken, bread crumbs, ginger garlic paste, green chilies and all the spices and oil. Grind it to a smooth paste.

  3. Add coriander leaves to it. Mix again.

  4. Make chicken fingers and put a small piece of cheese cube in it.

  5. Roll these fingers in the slurry paste. Now roll them in bread crumbs.

  6. Keep them in freezer for one hour for setting.

  7. Fry them in medium hot oil or shallow fry them.

  8. Enjoy these hot chicken fingers with green mint chutney.

Tips & Tricks

  1. You can use egg whites other than slurry paste. If using egg whites add 1/4 tsp salt to it and mix. Dip the fingers in it and then spread them in bread crumbs.

  2. You can store these chicken fingers in ziplock bags and keep them in freezer for 6 months.
