How to make CHEESY CHICKEN FINGERS
Wash chicken properly and pat dry with a towel.
In a Mixie Jar add chicken, bread crumbs, ginger garlic paste, green chilies and all the spices and oil. Grind it to a smooth paste.
Add coriander leaves to it. Mix again.
Make chicken fingers and put a small piece of cheese cube in it.
Roll these fingers in the slurry paste. Now roll them in bread crumbs.
Keep them in freezer for one hour for setting.
Fry them in medium hot oil or shallow fry them.
Enjoy these hot chicken fingers with green mint chutney.
