Biscoff blondies are a delicious twist on traditional blondies, infused with the distinctive flavor of Biscoff cookies or Biscoff spread.

Biscoff blondies are incredibly tasty on their own, but you can also serve them with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of Biscoff spread for an extra indulgent treat. Enjoy!

  • 125g
    Maida/All Purpose Flour
  • 1tsp
    Baking Powder
  • 200mL
    Condensed Milk
  • 1/2tsp
    Baking Soda
  • 1/2cup
    White/Dark Chocochips
  • 1tsp
    Vanilla Essence
  • 100g
    White Chocolate
  • 2tbsp
    Milk Powder
  • 3tbsp
  • 3tbsp
    - 4 tbsp Water
  • 2tbsp
    Biscoff Spread
  • Biscoff Cookies


  1. Melt white chocolate and butter and mix well.

  2. In another bowl add milkmaid, vanilla essence and chocolate mixture. Mix .

  3. Sieve maida(or all purpose flour), baking powder, baking soda and milk powder.

  4. Mix wet ingredients and the dry ingredients together.

  5. Add in biscoff spread and Biscoff cookies in the batter.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven at 160c for 25-30 minutes.

  7. When blondies cools down, drizzle biscoff spread on top with biscoff cookies and some white chocochips.
